No, no, no… not THAT kind of geisha[¹]; Get your heads out of the gutter! TSK! I’m talking about the original, Japanese term: (gei) + (sha)= (art ) + (person or doer)= “artist” or “performing artist” {the closest that I’ll, EVER, get to a math-like equation, again [Ugghh]}. The “chocolate” part should be self-explanatory (see picture). Now… on to the good stuff in third person (ahem): Heidi Rodney-Nakanishi is a first-generation, Trinidadian-American, triple-threat entertainer, explorer and communications chameleon* (obsessed with hyphens, commas, semi-colons, ellipses and run-on sentences) who is always re-inventing herself while in pursuit of conveying thoughts, beauty and emotion through music, dance, images and language. She loves Argentine tango (her passion), soca, samba, salsa, belly dancing, karaoke†, belting out power-ballads, chess, James Bond, Game of Thrones, indie/foreign films, the honor of being a guest member of the United Nations Singers, her little dog, big cats and all things magical… Kisses!

*On May 10, 2014, Heidi earned a Master of Science degree in interactive media from Quinnipiac University, enabling her to utilize skills as an interactive producer, designer and on-air talent.
