Staying on the Upside: My Field of Dreams

I still walk around, aimlessly, trying to get a handle on the confusion that is my life. A few hours ago though, I decided to not take the logical route of actually grasping something for clarity; In my experience, such efforts have been as effective as trying to keep a slippery fish in hand. Instead of going with facts and certainty, I guided myself towards intuition and faith– The latter need not be religious for others, but my spiritual self senses that someone or something is looking out for me… the Lord, the Universe, the Buddha guy whomever or whatever, I feel that my back is under surveillance and secured. With that said, I went into “mover-shaker” mode to get the ball rolling on a pet project of mine that will complement the concept of my fledgling muse, ChocolateGeisha Productions.
I discussed my idea with a valued confidante who was concerned about the logistics of not having enough supporting players in place to make this undertaking go smoothly. Her opinion seemed to slightly change when I compared the circumstances to a Kevin Costner flick and confidently assured her that if I start the process, “they will come.”
Call me Don Quixote, but I see the cavalry on the horizon.
